My bookmark manager lets you save, tag, and organize links into collections that sync across all devices. You can build research libraries, share resources for projects or workshops, and even create mood boards for inspiration. Raindrop also supports collaboration, so teams or hobby groups can curate link hubs together. While the Pro version adds features like full-text search, automatic backups, and broken link detection, I use the free plan, which already gives unlimited links, collections, and integrations.

ToDoist

A simple yet robust to-do list app that helps me keep tasks and projects under control. I use folders and reminders to manage different projects, track deadlines, and break larger goals into smaller, actionable steps. Todoist works seamlessly across devices, making it easy to capture tasks on the go and stay on top of what matters most. While there are premium features for advanced workflows, the free plan is more than enough for my day-to-day organization.

Canva

An intuitive design platform that makes creating graphics quick and painless, especially if you’re not a Photoshop expert. I use it for everything from social posts and to event invitations and blog visuals. Canva offers a wide range of templates, drag-and-drop editing, and built-in stock assets that make producing professional-looking designs effortless. I’ve found the free version more than sufficient for my needs, covering almost any kind of graphic work without complexity.
