Working on our HKG private equity real estate fund and steering it towards its final chapter.

Developed a senior living concept that brings together global flexibility, a curated intergenerational community, health, and lifelong learning. Now we are looking for the right asset in either HKG, SIN or BKK to make it real.

Deep into agentic AI. I'm experimenting with AI tools and testing whether one person can build a real product business from scratch using them. First product launches in September.

Still exploring acquisition entrepreneurship.
